What was done

Strategy, pricing, ads and automation

Blur Fashion Boutique did not arrive with an advertising problem. It arrived with the feeling that something did not add up: they were selling, the store had traffic, but the money was not showing up where it should. Ad spend kept rising and nobody could say with certainty what each peso had brought in.

Before touching a single campaign, we went into the business model. What they sell, why they sell it at that price, who they sell it to, what they have measured and what they learned. That conversation — uncomfortable, long and with no tools involved — is where the real problem showed up.

“I like getting into the business model: what they sell, why they sell it that way, why that price, why that audience, what they have measured, what has worked and what has not.”

The approach every GROVA project starts with

Price before the ad

The margin could not sustain the level of ad spend they were carrying. It was not a problem of creative or targeting: the price structure could not hold that spend. We adjusted pricing and defined which products made sense to push and which did not.

Only then did we touch the campaigns. With a price structure that could actually carry the investment, advertising stopped being blind spend and became a decision with numbers behind it.

Measure all the way to the counter

We installed full tracking: from the click on the ad to the attributed sale. For the first time it was possible to answer which campaign brought which sale — the question almost nobody in the local market can truly answer.

With that visibility, cutting spend stopped being frightening. What was not selling was cut and what was selling was kept. The result was not spending more and selling more: it was spending less than half and doubling attributed sales.

What was left running

Beyond strategy and campaigns, the structure the business was missing went in: management system, CRM and point of sale. Before, each piece lived somewhere different and nobody had the full picture.

And one automation the team uses every day was left behind: generating the digital catalog. What used to take a whole afternoon now takes five minutes. None of that was the original goal; it came out of the diagnostic.

The new website is in development now, and the service agent comes after. In that order, not the reverse.

That is the pattern. The AI agent, the campaign or the automation are not the starting point — they are the consequence of first understanding how the business makes money.
