Drilling a well is a large, one-shot investment. Before moving machinery it pays to know how deep the water is, whether the land has any, and whether the attempt is worth it. That is what Rocha Geoservicios sells: technical certainty before you spend.
Their clients are farmers, ranchers and construction firms, and increasingly town councils and cooperatives. People who need water to produce, not out of curiosity.
Opening the tap brought volume, not customers
When the advertising started running, plenty of messages arrived. But most were asking about land that was not theirs, with no idea what the full process costs, or simply curious about how the equipment works.
Every conversation consumed the time of the same person who runs the surveys in the field. The business had demand and still moved slowly, because the person who should have been surveying land was answering the phone.
The project’s diagnostic
Qualify without mistreating
The system serves everyone. That is not up for negotiation: whoever asks today out of curiosity may need the service in two years, and how they are treated is part of the reputation in a market where everything travels by word of mouth.
But while it talks, the agent finds out what matters: where the land is, whether it belongs to them, what they need the water for, and whether they understand the scale of the investment. With that, the conversation that reaches the technician arrives with a profile, and the one that does not qualify is served just as well without taking up his day.
Where the project stands
It is recent. The commercial strategy and segmentation are already running, and qualification is under way. There is no results close to publish yet, and we are not going to invent one: when there is, this page will carry numbers.
