Boutiques, wellness stores and ecommerce. Ad spend goes up, sales move, and nobody can say with certainty what each peso brought in.
What the system does
We do not start with the ads. We start with whether the margin can carry what you are spending on them.
If the margin cannot carry the ad spend, no campaign will fix it. That is where the work starts.
The eleven-at-night question gets answered and turns into a hold or a sale.
It answers sizes, colors and stock with the store’s real information, not with what it imagines.
It offers the add-on that matches what the customer is already buying.
It picks back up whoever left the purchase half-done, with the product they had chosen.
Every sale knows which ad it came from, even when it closed in the physical store.
The full journey
STAGE 01
It leaves tagged: which campaign, which creative, which audience. Everything that comes after can be traced back to here.
STAGE 02
Size, color, stock, how it fits. The agent answers from the real catalog and does not let the intent go cold.
STAGE 03
It holds the item in store or sends the payment link. The sale closes inside the conversation, not in another app.
STAGE 04
It offers what goes with what they just bought, while they are still in the conversation.
STAGE 05
When a new season arrives or what they looked at drops in price, the agent reaches back out. The second purchase no longer costs advertising.
The evidence
It was not a more creative campaign. It was fixing the price before investing, and then measuring all the way to the counter.
The margin could not sustain the spend they were carrying. That was fixed before touching campaigns.
From the click to the attributed sale. For the first time it was possible to know which campaign brought what.
What was not selling got cut. Less than half the spend, twice the attributed sales.
First we look at whether the price can carry what you are spending on ads. If the problem is the margin, we will not sell you campaigns.
