What data we collect on this site, what for, and how to ask us to delete it.
GROVA, with an address in Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of the personal data collected through grova.mx.
Only what you give us in the site's chat or on WhatsApp: your name, a contact number and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. Nothing else. We do not ask for financial data, official identification or sensitive data, and you should not send them to us through this channel.
To schedule the diagnostic you requested, to confirm it and to get in touch about it. If at some point we want to write to you about anything else, we will ask you first.
The site's chat is answered by an artificial intelligence agent, and it says so from the first message. The conversation is stored so a person on the team can pick it up. You can ask for a person at any moment.
We do not sell or hand over your data to anyone. We only use technology providers that host the platform and make the messaging work, and they process the data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes.
For as long as the conversation is useful for serving you, and afterwards only for as long as we need it to answer for what we did. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
You can ask us at any time to show you what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. It costs nothing and no explanation is required.
Write to hola@grova.mx from the address or with the number you used to contact us, and tell us what you want done. We reply within twenty business days.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores your language choice in your own browser so it does not ask you again, and that never leaves your device.
If we change this notice, the new version goes up on this page with its date. Anything that materially affects how we use your data, we tell you about through the channel we have been talking on.
